1. Once you purchase any of the packages we will setup a call.  We will review with you all your needs for the space, explain the process and outline the suggested schedule.

2. Complete the questionnaire.  You will have to complete a questionnaire, you may either do that manually through a form which will be sent out to you via email or you could simply complete it with us over the phone. We ask you to please be as detailed and comprehensive as possible when answering questions, that will allow us to provide you with the best design that suit your requirements. 

2. Take measurements and send us photos. We will send you full instructions on how to measure up a room. You will also be require to send us detailed photos of the room from all angles, and photos and measurements of any furniture you are planning on keeping in the space. 

In order for us to complete your project within our timeline, we ask that you respond in a timely manner to any messages from us. We need a maximum of three days to reply, outside of weekends and holidays. We cannot start on your space until you provide us with all the details we ask of you.

Once your design is finalised, purchasing, arranging delivery, assembling and placing products according to our recommended layout is in your hands and on your own timeline.
